A Message from Our Founder
Minden Developments was founded on a simple belief:
Exceptional developments aren't created by chance—they're created through thoughtful decisions, uncompromising standards and a genuine commitment to quality.
When I founded Minden Developments, I didn't set out simply to build another development company. I wanted to create a company capable of challenging the way we think about residential development and ultimately "Redefine Exceptional Living."
I know that vision can't be achieved by one person. It requires an exceptional team of people who believe in what we're building, take genuine pride in their work and want to continually challenge themselves to become better at what they do.
As Minden Developments grows, one of my priorities is creating an environment where our people can grow with it. I want our team to have opportunities to learn, gain qualifications, develop new skills, take on greater responsibility and build careers they can genuinely be proud of.
You don't need to know everything when you arrive. I'm far more interested in your attitude, your willingness to learn, the pride you take in your work and where you want your career to take you.

Every Minden Developments project is Certified Passivhaus, giving our team the opportunity to work at the forefront of high-performance residential development and construction.
We believe strongly in continued learning and professional development. Whether that's developing your practical skills, working towards further qualifications, gaining experience in high-performance construction or progressing into greater levels of responsibility, we want to create genuine pathways for our people to grow alongside Minden Developments.

Who We'd Like to Meet
As Minden Developments continues to grow, we're always interested in meeting people who take pride in their work, care about the details and want to develop their skills.
We're particularly interested in hearing from:

Carpentry Apprentices — people beginning their careers who are eager to learn their craft and develop an understanding of high-performance residential construction.

Qualified Carpenters — NZQF Level 4 qualified carpenters who take pride in exceptional workmanship and want to work on carefully considered, high-performance developments.

Certified Passivhaus Tradespeople — Certified Passivhaus Tradesperson qualification is preferred, but not a requirement. For the right people, we're interested in supporting further training and development in Passivhaus construction.

Project Managers — experienced or developing project managers with a strong understanding of residential construction who value organisation, leadership and attention to detail.
